My lower leg is moving, I need to keep it still.

My hands are too high, I need to keep them down.

I am bouncing, so I better hold on tighter.

Our bodies are super connected. This means that when we change one thing, it affects everything else in our body.

What I mean is that your not-so-good contact may not be a problem at all in your hands, its coming from somewhere else…
